I can’t make calls from my iPhone

There can be several reasons why you can no longer make calls.
In most cases, log out from and log in to the application is enough to fix the problem.
You will find below in details the steps to perform in order to fix the issue.
Step 1: make sure the AfriCallShop app is up to date
- Open this link with the Apple Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/africallshop/id765939322
- Update the iPhone app if offered

Step 2 : logout from the app
- Press the top left button to open the side menu
- Click on the button “Settings”
- Click on the button “Logout”

Step 3 : log in to the app
- Open the AfriCallShop app from your iPhone
- Click on the button “Already registered”
- Enter your login information and validate

Step 4 : try to call
You can now make your international calls.
